All of our vintage pieces have been pre-loved and have lived a fabulous life all their own before reaching our lovely hands. As with most pre-loved clothing, some natural wear and tear may be expected. However, we will note any damage in item descriptions.

We take pride in offering pieces that we would be proud to wear ourselves. All of our vintage has been dry cleaned and inspected numerous of times before entering into your hands.

How do I care for my vintage pieces?

  • We recommend hand washing and dry cleaning each vintage piece when necessary. What if the vintage item I am interested in is sold out? Nearly all of our vintage pieces are one-of–a-kind. Because we only acquire one of each item, we cannot restock specific pieces. We are always on the lookout for special pieces and constantly stock the store with similar styles, so please check back to find the new vintage. We promise you will fall in love!

Where do you find your vintage?

  • Our buyer searches all over the world, coast to coast, for our one-of-a-kinda vintage pieces. Where fabulous lives, she is there scouring the racks to see what amazing finds she can bring back for you!

Can you help me find something to wear for an event?

  • You better believe it sista. With a degree in fabulous and a masters in glamorous our stylist is here to assist you with any and all fashion needs. If you are looking for that perfect dress to wear to your best friend's wedding, G-i-r-r-r-r-l-l-l we got you covered! If your looking for that sexy vintage frock that screams, i am yours baby and if you want me you better put a ring on me....we got you covered. Or if you are just looking for that special vintage piece to put in your closet to make you smile...you know we got you!! I have tons of great vintage pieces, are you willing to buy or trade with me?

  • The answer is yes, yes and yes! We are always looking for new vintage pieces. We want your granny's Chanel bag and the vintage Pucci dress yo' mama wore! We trade and buy. To set up an appointment be sure to email our buyer at [email protected]

How can I pay for all this fabulous stuff?

  • You can pay for your must have So Yesterday Vintage pieces with your choice of, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, or through your PayPal account. So Yesterday Vintage does not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.

    Florida State residents please note:

    All packages shipped to Florida residents will incur an 7.5% sales tax rate.

    International buyers please note:

    All prices are listed in USD, however to make your shopping experience even easier, click on the link below for a currency converter.

When will I get my goods?

  • Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. After the package leaves us the following transit times may apply:

    Domestic orders (within the U.S.) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance included.

    Priority Mail generally arrives in 2-4 business days..and if you just gotta have it right away (and this we understand!), USPS Overnight Express Mail is your best bet and it generally arrives the next business day.

    International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

    *First Class Airmail is the most economical shipping option for International packages, however it does not include tracking. It generally arrives in 2-3 weeks.

    *Priority Mail generally arrives within 6-10 days and includes customs tracking.

    *Express Mail generally arrives within 5 days and includes customs tracking.

    Customers are responsible for customs and shipping duties. Invoices will be included in each shipment, thus asking for a “reduced rate” or a “gift” invoice is unfortunately not possible. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.

    Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Weekends and holidays are for eating hot fudge sundaes and impromptu shopping sprees.

I love it, but I guess it's not for me. Can I return a piece?

  • At this time we do not accept returns. That’s our official policy – but our customers’ satisfaction comes before any ol’ policy. We love you guys and want you to be happy with your purchase! If you truly feel a piece you’ve purchased from us was grossly misrepresented on this site, we will accept your return and offer you a So Yesterday Vintage store credit for the purchase price. Store credits may be used for merchandise on the site and are valid until redeemed. No expiration date means use it now or save it for later...your choice!

    All returned items must be in their original condition.

    We provide detailed images, descriptions, and measurements, thus we do not accept returns for items that don’t fit or for color variations.

Do you sell gift cards?

  • Well of course! We offer gift cards starting at $20.00 and up. Each gift card is shipped out in our signature SYV greeting card. It's sure to make a lasting impression on any fashionista on your list!

Why do I only see one size on certain vintage pieces?

  • Since our vintage is one-of-a-kind we do not carry a full size run. What you see is what you get baby!

I am dying for these earrings, do they come with a matching necklace?

  • But of course darling!! If there is a piece of jewelry you are drooling over, but don't want to make a full commitment without knowing if it has a sister piece to go with it, feel free to shoot us an email; [email protected]. Our buyer will be able to better assist you.
